Project Summary
New construction of a 63,000 sq.ft. competition pool facility for the District and the City of Yuma. This public facility will consists of two pools: one play pool, one for competitive swimming meets. The complex also has a concession facility, locker rooms, and all necessary site infrastructure.
This project was also difficult to develop due to soil conditions. M. Greenberg helped to merge the two Owners together into a cohesive Team that could equally share the project and turn it into a win/win situation for all parties. |
