Project Summary
New construction of a 15,000 sq. ft. District Office that includes a bus maintenance and storage facility. Amenities include new plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
This project posed numerous challenges due to difficult earthwork and site conditions. This is the third phase in a series of projects in M. Greenberg Construction's long history of working in the Whiteriver area.
