We Utilize Every Available Local Resource For Our Projects
For 40 years M. Greenberg Construction has proven our ability to locate and enlist quality tradesmen that provide quality work and services, promote home town economies, and practice ethical business values.
We always welcome the opportunity to bring new and qualified individuals to our team. As we select new tradesmen and vendors, our goal is to secure the highest quality local labor and materials. In doing so, we utilize our prequalification process and make every effort to employ local subcontractors, tradesmen, and suppliers. In this manner we are actively supporting local businesses first and foremost and contributing to the local economy.
We know that we cannot always use only members of the local subcontractor community.
We do, however, recognize the need to have the community involved by not only supporting our building program, but by also supporting the decisions of the selection committees that sometimes determine the contractors that will perform the given work.
We will augment our current team by word of mouth and direct contact with tradesmen and material suppliers within the community. These suppliers have working knowledge of the tradesmen who are best suited for each of the disciplines. We also proactively seek out local resources and utilize our network of existing area relationships to develop new referrals and business contacts. We will post opportunities in the local trade publications and newspapers to enhance community awareness of this project and recruitment opportunities. By trying to keep the labor and material suppliers on a local level, M. Greenberg Construction has the ability to keep the project dollars local.
