M. Greenberg Construction has built dozens of municipal and educational projects over the last 39 years without incident because we strive for the highest safety standards in the industry. Our record is the result of daily attention to all company safety procedures by those who are directly and indirectly involved with the project. All employees, at all levels, must work diligently to execute our company’s policies for maintaining safety and occupational health.
To ensure our high standards are followed, we have developed The M. Greenberg Construction Safety Manual and have a designated Safety Director, who monitors daily safety procedures and training. We have developed thoughtful procedures that enable us to manage construction with the highest levels of productivity and still work safely.
Jobsite Safety Policies
• Safe storage of construction materials and equipment (including hazardous materials)
• On active school campuses, we take special care to provide safe, well designated areas to separate the students and staff from the construction activity and workforce
• Established uidelines for the time and manner in which personnel move on and off the jobsite
• Site procedures which honor and respects residents in the nearby vicinity
We pre-plan for safety procedures as a central focus in the design of our construction sites, traffic studies, and project field supervision. Entrance and exit security is also closely reviewed and all activities in and around the construction site are closely monitored for safety.The coordination of materials and equipment, and their loading and removal are safely integrated with the public and construction personnel traffic.
M. Greenberg Construction insists on attention to detail which minimizes unforeseen circumstances and maximizes opportunities for the greatest cost savings.
