M. Greenberg Attends AZTA Conference in April 2011

M. Greenberg Construction recently attended the Arizona Transit Association's annual conference in Mesa. While each year's event is special, this year proved to be one of the largest ever. Nearly 300 attendees and a full roster of booth presenters made this year's show quite a big deal.
M. Greenberg Construction used the event to showcase its most recent new project to begin construction: the Navajo Tranist Administration and Maintence Facility, in Ft. Defiance, Arizona.




















M. Greenberg Awarded Navajo Transit System's New Bus Center Project

M. Greenberg Construction is very proud to announce its selection as Design/Build Team Leader and Construction Manager on the Navajo Tranisit Bus Maintenance and Administration Center in Ft. Defiance. This June, 2010 award was a total team effort in partnership with design veterans SPS+ Architects and the respected engineering professionals at Gannett Fleming Inc. M. Greenberg Construction thanks them for their hard work.

This project is the longtime dream of Navajo Transit and will help the Nation to better serve its citizens with an efficient and centrally located bus terminal. It will also serve as a hub for the ever growing Navajo Nation and Indian Country sightseeing and tour bus industry. M. Greenberg Selected as CM@Risk Contractor for Canyon Day Housing in Whiteriver


M. Greenberg was recently awarded the Canyon Day Housing project in Whiteriver, Arizona. This CM@Risk project will be the 12th official project that Greenberg has provided to the Whiteriver area. Over the years Greenberg has successfully constructed over 225 homes in Whiteriver.

In addition, M. Greenberg Construction recently delivered the beautiful and highly functional District Transportation Center. This project was the third in a three phase project that provides the Whiteriver District with an administration and operations complex.

M. Greenberg Awarded Navajo Housing Authority's Karigan Estates Project




M. Greenberg Construction was recently selected as Design/Build Team Leader and Construction Manager for the Karigan Estates Townhomes project in St. Michaels, Arizona (Window Rock).

M. Greenberg teamed with the talented professionals at Woolsey Studio, who concieved a unique design that incorporated traditional Navajo designs and motifs into a functional concept. Also on the team is the veteran engineering firm, Coe & Van Loo, who will provide the extensive civil engineering for the project.
