Project Summary
New construction of a 127,500 sq. ft. educational facility. Project amenities included high-tech classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, multimedia systems, two gymnasiums, science labs, kitchen and cafeteria, administrative offices, site parking and infrastructure, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Contingency returned by M. Greenberg helped the District to further add value to the project. |
