Project Summary
This was a 16 acre addition to the community pool project, which includes 4 community baseball fields with dugouts, backstops, specialty sports lighting, playground, volleyball, skateboard park with restrooms, concessions and administration, maintenance building and amenities.

All baseball fields convert for alternate sports during football season and soccer season.The park has elaborate irrigation systems with booster pumps and the ability to provide accommodations for use as a multi-function community assembly and park center.

This project brought many challenges in the form of existing grades, soil conditions and a high alkalinity water supply that made the creation of a vibrant turf a task not easily accomplished. Today the park is one of the communities most utilized and enjoyed facilities.
